Georgia’s coaching approach blends empathy with accountability. As a coach, her goal is to establish a foundation of communication and understanding amongst her athletes, ensuring they feel truly understood while simultaneously holding them accountable to progress towards greatness.

She brings years of experience in both transformation and competition prep, guiding clients through off-seasons, reverse diets, fat loss phases, peak week, and everything in between.

What sets her apart isn’t just the programming—it’s the way she reads progress as data without guesswork, refines routines to truly work with where her clients are, and keeps clients focused even amongst ebbs and flows of motivation.

Charly began her fitness journey as a lifestyle client which shaped her perspective early on. After winning the overall at her first NPC figure competition, she understands the discipline it takes to transform both on and off the stage.

She started coaching online and quickly proved she wasn’t just skilled at writing programs, but at retaining clients, driving results, and guiding people through the middle ground. Her approach is thoughtful, structured, and built for people who want results they can sustain.

Charly holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, a NASM-certification, and is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She’s currently pursuing her master’s in exercise physiology while teaching undergraduate wellness courses and conducting physiology-based research

Ashley began her fitness journey as a way to rebuild her relationship with food and body image, eventually earning her IFBB Pro card in the bikini division. She firsthand understands the discipline required for both physical and mental transformation.

With a degree in exercise science and years of coaching experience, Ashley combines science-backed programming with real life experience. Her approach is structured, detail-driven, and focused on helping clients build results they can sustain on and off the stage, despite the ebbs and flows of motivation.
