Georgia’s coaching approach blends strategy with structure, empathy with accountability, and mindset with metrics. She brings years of experience in both transformation and competition prep, guiding clients through off-seasons, reverse diets, fat loss phases, peak week, and everything in between.

She began her own fitness journey while balancing a demanding academic and work schedule—and she’s carried that discipline forward into every client plan she writes.

What sets her apart isn’t just the programming—it’s the way she reads progress, refines routines, and keeps clients focused long after motivation fades. Her coaching isn’t performative. It’s personal.

Charly began her fitness journey as a lifestyle client which shaped her perspective early on. After winning the overall at her first NPC figure competition, she understands the discipline it takes to transform both on and off the stage.

She started coaching online and quickly proved she wasn’t just skilled at writing programs, but at retaining clients, driving results, and guiding people through the middle ground. Her approach is thoughtful, structured, and built for people who want results they can sustain.

Charly holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, a NASM-certification, and is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She’s currently pursuing her master’s in exercise physiology while teaching undergraduate wellness courses and conducting physiology-based research  

to a higher standard – and want a coach that does, too.
