Upon successful purchase of our online coaching services, you will receive a confirmation email with details about accessing your personalized program and resources.
- Access to Program Materials: Depending on the specific coaching package purchased, access to your training plans, nutrition guides, and other digital materials will typically be granted based on the decided start date and the beginning of your payment being processed. This access will be provided through our online platform “kahoonas”.
- Initial Consultation: Following your inquiry, we will contact you within 2 business days of your completion to schedule your consultation call.
- Digital Products: For standalone digital products (e.g., ebooks, templates), access will typically be granted immediately upon successful payment, usually via a download link in your confirmation email or through your account on our platform.
- Cancellation: FORGD COACHING does not have any fees for cancelling if the cancellation policy is followed. To cancel a recurring subscription, the client must notify his or her coach 10 days in advance of the next payment withdrawal. If the client fails to do so, they will not be refunded for the payment.
- Refunds: After the initial program is created and sent to the client, no refunds for the intellectual property received will be issued by FORGD COACHING.
